  • Recruitment and Advice: Responsible for handling all job applications and appointments, managing and monitoring career paths, and advising and partnering with the business line
  • Training and Development: Listens to employees' needs and helps them advance their careers by organising and coordinating the training programmes run by the Bank
  • Staff Accounts: Manages and deals with employees' financial affairs
  • Personnel Administration: Deals with employees' administrative formalities, notably their applications for permits to live and work in Switzerland
  • Payroll Administration: Based at Lausanne Vennes and responsible for compensation programmes and payroll taxes as well as the staff pension fund.
