Our Bank supports and encourages staff training and development. We have made succession planning a key aspect of our human resources policy in an effort to maintain a high level of professionalism and keep our competitive edge in the Swiss marketplace. And we are determined to train Crédit Agricole Suisse’s future banking specialists.

This year we introduced Profile E, a specialised apprenticeship programme for clerical staff, in order to take on and train highly motivated youngsters with a sense of responsibility and commitment who want to embark on a career in the banking industry.

Successful applicants will work in all the Bank’s departments in Geneva and Lausanne and will be mentored by dynamic professionals throughout their apprenticeship.
